- The paper must be marked as a student paper in EDAS
- The student must be the first author
- The student must be registered & attend the Conference
- The paper must be of high-quality content and be favorably reviewed by the MeMeA 2024 Technical Program Chairs

The amount granted will vary depending on the location a student will be traveling from.
Applications are due March 31, 2024. Awardees will be notified as soon as possible thereafter.
Winners are required to be present at the Awards Ceremony, otherwise they forfeit the award.
